
Kids Yoga and Creative Dance promotes confident self-expression in movement through the use of beautiful props, carefully selected music, yoga, drama, and creative movement. Elanor’s gentle guidance with narrative and demonstration will inspire the most timid to join in, providing a sense of safety and acceptance where there are no wrong moves, and where laughter is encouraged.
These classes allow children to move and explore with a sense of curiosity, wonder, and sensory delight; becoming more receptive to tones in music through a wide range of styles from western classical music to world music.

Great for skill-building in fine and gross motor, strength and flexibility, listening, focus, social and play. Moving from the yoga mats, through the space to the walls and floor, these class deliver a progressive journey towards rest and calm. Learn to flex, bend, leap, clown and relax.
Toddler with Adult (18m -3yrs)
Run, skip, sway and roll together in this joyful class that celebrates creativity and connectedness between children and the grown ups in their lives. There are times to move and times to watch. Quiet times and time to run and jump. You will treasure this special time together.

Kinder (3-5 yrs)
For kindy kids that want to walk, run and dance between yoga, design and drama. These classes are carefully designed to inspire creativity and confidence in movement. Whether an extravert or an introvert, you can learn to flex, bend, leap, clown and relax.

Family (6-8 yrs)
These classes will focus on the relationship between the mind, body and breath through creative and age-appropriate yoga postures. Moving between yoga and dance, design and drama, these classes are carefully designed to inspire creativity and confidence in movement. We will also practice creative mindfulness and relaxation activities.
Family (6-12 yrs)
These classes will focus on the relationship between the mind, body and breath through creative and age-appropriate yoga postures. Moving between yoga and dance, design and drama, these classes are carefully designed to inspire creativity and confidence in movement. We will also practice creative mindfulness and relaxation activities.

Upper Primary (9-12 yrs)
These classes have a stronger focus on traditional asana and alignment for building strength and flexibility. With an increased pace and some fun team building games, we will work towards achieving some of the challenging poses together.
These classes also include intentional breathing exercises; such as breath retention, ujjayi, balanced and extended inhale/exhale, alternative nostril, cooling, humming and Kapalabhati. (Please note: breath work is offered as an optional activity, and should only be practiced if the student feels comfortable to do so).
With consideration to the dynamics and experience of the students enrolled, each class is carefully designed to create clarity of mind and confidence in body. Ending each practice with creative mindfulness and relaxation.

Upper Primary (9-12 yrs)
These classes have a stronger focus on traditional asana and alignment for building strength and flexibility. Moving between yoga and dynamic movement, these classes are carefully designed to build strength and freedom in movement. Each session will finish with a relaxation incorporating visualisations, and breath work to help with anxiety, stress and general tiredness.


High School/Teen (12-17 yrs)
These classes will have a strong focus on the relationship between the mind, body and breath through creative and traditional yoga postures. Moving between yoga and dynamic movement, these classes are carefully designed to build strength and freedom in movement. Each session will finish with a relaxation incorporating visualisations, and breath work to help with anxiety, stress and general tiredness.
